Software also keeps track of the history of Receiver by sender. Transaction is Available Immediately As soon as Agent processes an invoice, it will appear at the remote site within a second and will be available for the Payee Agency. Centralized Administration All servers and data is kept at the HQ. All administration is done at the HQ level. Only HQ has the right to Void any transaction or put the transaction on hold. If client is going over limit, integrated client fill out forms are part of the system. Clients can be offered a limited credit per month by an agency. Agencies can be offered limited credit per month by the HQ. If an Agency is exceeding its monthly limit, transaction is held and after verification HQ can release the transaction. Agent Access Worldwide Company Agents can logon from any where in the world to access their data safely and securely. This software uses a fully web based technology that is why it eliminates installing and configuring software at the remote site computers. Client Access Worldwide Clients can see their transactions after logging in through the web sites. This will eliminates client visits to the Agent location. They can check the status of their transactions. This module is fully integrated to the database and it automatically updates the status. Currency Management ransactions can take place in any currency. System automatically takes care of currency conversion on the basis of current conversion rate entered by the HQ. Conversion Rate can also be modified as per user requirement at the time of transaction. System can keep record of daily conversion rate of different currencies.
